Where We Ship: We currently offer shipping within Australia-wide. If you're outside our delivery zone, please contact us and we’ll see if we can arrange something special!

Shipping Days: Orders are shipped from Monday to Thursday to ensure your goodies arrive fresh.

Delivery Time: Our treats are handmade to order! Please allow 1-2 business days for production and shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs: Flat-rate shipping of $15 applies to all orders within Australia.

Handling: We take care to package your cookies, brownies, and milk cakes to arrive in perfect condition.

Please note, no all products are eligible for delivery. However, please note that Dino Caakies is not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
PICK UP SERVICE

Pick-Up Location: You can pick up your order directly from our location at Broadbeach.

Pick-Up Times: Monday to Saturday from 7AM to 7 PM. Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a notification, and you can come by at your convenience.

How to Pick Up: Simply show your order confirmation when you arrive, and we’ll hand over your fresh, handcrafted treats!

Same-Day Pick-Up: If you're craving something sweet ASAP, same-day pick-up is available for select items. Just give us a call , and we'll confirm availability.
