Our Story: From Love to Dino Caakies Welcome to Dino Caakies, where our love for sweets, family, and fun come together in the form of delicious, handcrafted cookies! ​ It all started with a little inside joke between us—Francy and Carlos. After 16 years together, Carlos still loves to walk around like a dinosaur with his tiny arms, and it never fails to make us laugh. That’s where the name "Dino" came from! Our shared passion for trying new desserts (we're total sweet tooths!) naturally led us to create something of our own—cookies that are a full explosion of flavour, made with love and a little bit of laughter. ​ But Dino Caakies is more than just cookies. Francy’s lifelong passion for baking, born when she was a little girl whipping up cakes in the kitchen, shines through every treat we make. From ooey-gooey brownies to our soft and dreamy milk cakes, we pour our hearts into every recipe. ​ For us, it's not just about satisfying cravings (though we’re really good at that). It’s about sharing a piece of our family with yours. SHIPPING POLICY Where We Ship: We currently offer shipping within Australia-wide. If you're outside our delivery zone, please contact us and we’ll see if we can arrange something special! Shipping Days: Orders are shipped from Monday to Thursday to ensure your goodies arrive fresh. Delivery Time: Our treats are handmade to order! Please allow 1-2 business days for production and shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Shipping Costs: Flat-rate shipping of $15 applies to all orders within Australia. Handling: We take care to package your cookies, brownies, and milk cakes to arrive in perfect condition. Please note, no all products are eligible for delivery. However, please note that Dino Caakies is not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier. PICK UP SERVICE Pick-Up Location: You can pick up your order directly from our location at Broadbeach. Pick-Up Times: Monday to Saturday from 7AM to 7 PM. How long do the cookies and cakes stay fresh? Our cookies, brownies, and cakes are best enjoyed fresh within 3-5 days of receiving them. To extend their shelf life, you can refrigerate or freeze them. For an extra indulgent experience, pop the cookies and brownies in the microwave for 10-15 seconds before eating! 12. Can I sell Dino Caakies in my café or shop? Yes! We’re always excited to partner with local businesses. If you're interested in carrying our cookies, brownies, or cakes in your café or store, get in touch with us to discuss wholesale options. 9. Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered? Absolutely! We offer local pick-up from our Broadbeach location. Pick-up is available from Monday to Sunday and we’ll notify you when your order is ready. 6. What is your minimum order quantity for delivery? There is no minimum for local pick-up. For delivery, we require a minimum order of 6 cookies - 1 brownie box or 1 milk cake to ensure it’s worth the trip! 1. What types of cookies and treats do you offer? We specialize in stuffed 130g big cookies, cake-like on the inside with a crispy exterior. Our flavors include Nutella, Biscoff, Ferrero, Milo, and more. We also offer decadent brownies and Francy’s favorite—milk cakes (tres leches), a delicious dessert from her hometown! 13. How do I store your cookies and cakes? Our brownies and cookies can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container for 3-5 days from the day they’re baked (if they last that long!). You can refrigerate or freeze them for longer storage. For a warm, gooey center, microwave them for 10-15 seconds before eating! For the milk cakes, though, they need to be kept in the fridge at all times to stay fresh and delicious. Just don’t forget to give them a little chill love! How do I add a new question & answer?
