5. How do I place an order?Simply head to our online orders, select your favorite treats, and follow the checkout process. We offer both shipping and local pick-up options.

7. Where do you deliver to?We deliver within Gold Coast . If you’re located outside this area, contact us to see if delivery is possible or check our shipping policy for more details.

10. How far in advance should I place my order for events or large quantities?For large orders (more than 50 cookies , 10 brownies or 10 cakes), we recommend placing your order at least 7-10 days in advance to ensure we can meet your needs.

14. What is your refund or return policy?Since our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or the quality of our treats, please contact us and we’ll make it right!

11. Do you offer catering or bulk orders for events?Absolutely! We love making your events sweeter. Whether it’s a wedding, a birthday bash, or even your dog’s party (why not?), we’ve got you covered with bulk orders of our cookies, brownies, and milk cakes. Just give us a heads-up in advance, and we’ll make sure your guests are spoiled with treats they won’t stop talking about!

4. Can I customize my order?Yes! We’re happy to accommodate custom flavors or designs for special occasions, events, or bulk orders. Contact us with your ideas and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

2. Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?At the moment, we do not have gluten-free or vegan options. However, if we receive enough interest, we’d be happy to consider launching these products in the future! Please let us know if you'd like to see them on our menu.

3. How long do the cookies and cakes stay fresh?Our cookies, brownies, and cakes are best enjoyed fresh within 3-5 days of receiving them. To extend their shelf life, you can refrigerate or freeze them. For an extra indulgent experience, pop the cookies and brownies in the microwave for 10-15 seconds before eating!

9. Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?Absolutely! We offer local pick-up from our Broadbeach location. Pick-up is available from Monday to Sunday and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

6. What is your minimum order quantity for delivery?There is no minimum for local pick-up. For delivery, we require a minimum order of 6 cookies - 1 brownie box or 1 milk cake to ensure it’s worth the trip!

1. What types of cookies and treats do you offer?We specialize in stuffed 130g big cookies, cake-like on the inside with a crispy exterior. Our flavors include Nutella, Biscoff, Ferrero, Milo, and more. We also offer decadent brownies and Francy’s favorite—milk cakes (tres leches), a delicious dessert from her hometown!

13. How do I store your cookies and cakes?Our brownies and cookies can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container for 3-5 days from the day they’re baked (if they last that long!). You can refrigerate or freeze them for longer storage. For a warm, gooey center, microwave them for 10-15 seconds before eating! For the milk cakes, though, they need to be kept in the fridge at all times to stay fresh and delicious. Just don’t forget to give them a little chill love!

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
